Our products are made to order and therefor you will receive an email with the delivery time after your order. When the product is on stock, the objects will be sent out latest the day after your purchase. We will communicate delivery time via email.

The delivery time depends on the specific country and region. We strive to provide optimal service, however, it’s important to note that occasional delays might occur, especially during holidays or other national or international events.

RETURNS

You can return your purchase and get refund within 30 days after purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received a damaged product, please contact us at the form above. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Receive a reimbursement equal to the value of your returned item(s), excluding return shipping costs. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, check with your credit card company and your bank, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us in the form above.
